Join Pixologic Inc. and Gnomon School of Visual Effects on Monday, August 6th for a special Wiley Publications book signing event and ZBrush user group meeting. Arrive early and take part in a meet and greet with ZBrush masters Eric Keller, Scott Spencer and Paul Gaboury as they celebrate the launch of their new ZBrush books.

Eric Keller has been a visual effects artist since 1998, creating animations for feature films, commercials, motion graphics, and scientific visualizations. He has been teaching digital sculpting at the Gnomon School of Visual Effects in Hollywood for over three years and has created video tutorials for Pixologic’s ZClassroom, working directly with the developers of ZBrush. He is the author of Mastering Maya 2011 and Maya Visual Effects: The Innovator’s Guide (Sybex).
Scott Spencer has worked as a character designer and sculptor at The Weta Workshop in Wellington, New Zealand, since 2009, most recently on The Hobbit. He has taught ZBrush digital sculpting at the Gnomon School of Visual Effects since 2005 and was previously an artist at Gentle Giant Studios. His credits include films such as Alice in Wonderland, the game Golden Axe for Sega, and dozens of other projects. He is the author of ZBrush Character Creation and ZBrush Digital Sculpting Human Anatomy.
Paul Gaboury is the ZBrush Lead 3D Application Engineer for Pixologic, the makers of ZBrush. He helps clients such as Pixar, Disney, Hasbro, Sideshow Collectibles, Weta Workshop, and others incorporate ZBrush into their pipeline and recommends features that will improve their efficiency and the quality of their projects. Paul is an accomplished digital sculptor and also travels the world to demonstrate ZBrush at studios and schools. In addition, he was the technical editor on Introducing ZBrush 4; ZBrush Character Creation, Second Edition; and ZBrush Studio Projects: Realistic Game Characters, all from Sybex.
