Character Development and Design for Entertainment

Master the Art of Character Design

This class will be an in-depth look at the key elements necessary to build skills in character development: human and animal anatomy and development; costume, prop and weapon history and design; creature/alien development; and analysis of character design in film and games. Students will learn what constitutes great character design as well as execute their own designs in either analog or digital formats.
