Creature Design

Learn Creature Design for the Entertainment Industry

This process of creature design, from ideation to completion, consists of several stages including research, editing and presentation. In this class students will create and develop ideas rapidly through the use of thumbnails, silhouette design and figure invention. Students will also develop plausible anatomy and detailing of surface skin texture, wrinkles and graphics.

Work will be presented with the assistance of digital and traditional tools and techniques.
