Registration Procedure
Students may register in the following ways:
Online Registration
Follow the steps on this page to register online. Please follow up to confirm that we received your registratioon and to make payment arrangements.
By Mail
Please fill out and send the completed registration form, along with payment to:

By Fax
Registrations may be submitted by fax. However, we request that a hard copy be mailed as follow up. Registrations may be faxed to 323-466-6710. Please call after faxing confirm our receipt of your fax.
In Person
Please come to the office during official business hours Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Confirmation of Enrollment
Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, confirmation of enrollment will be mailed to you.
Step 1: Download Adobe Acrobat Reader
Please use the latest version of Adobe Reader to view and fill-in the form. The Adobe Acrobat Reader application is a free download from adobe.com.
Step 2: Download the PDF Form
After downloading the form it is recommended to save the file locally to your computer for your records. Download now.
Step 3: Fill out the form
Please fill in all applicable fields. Include your first and last name in the file name of the PDF before sending it. (ex: John_Doe_regForm.pdf).
Step 4: Click the "Email Form" Button
Please include your First and Last name in the "Body" of the email.
You can also submit the form by attaching it to an email using any online based email services (ie: yahoo.com. gmail.com). Send the form to: register@gnomonschool.com.
